General

Where are you located?

We’re located in Bristol, but can also travel to surrounding areas for photography work.  If you have an enquiry please drop us a note and we’ll get in touch.  Complete the enquiry form here, or email us photo@goosegreen.xyz

Do you have a studio?

No, we don’t have a studio.  We specialise in on-location photo shoots, however if you specifically require a studio image we will arrange to meet you at a hired studio location for the shoot.  For on-location sessions, we will photograph you at your home or location of your choice (providing that photography is allowed if it is a public place; we will check and organise relevant photography passes & licences – additional fees may apply.)

We will travel up to 1 hour from Goose Green Photography (BS37) for on-location photoshoots – further-afield locations will be considered but will incur travel expenses for the photographer.

Will you edit my images?

Yes.  We will use our discretion to adjust and enhance your images. Adjustments may include, but are not limited to, colour temperature, exposure, black/white levels, shadow/highlight levels, contrast, clarity, sharpness, saturation.

Family Photography

Do you do engagement sessions?

Do you offer wedding albums?

Yes, we offer a design service for wedding photo albums.  Your album would be created with Cewe Photobook.  Please click here for more information.

I've recently had a photoshoot session with you - when will I see my images?

Within a few days of your photoshoot session you will be sent an email containing unique log in details for you to access your images in the gallery section of our website.  If you haven’t received this please email us at photo@goosegreen.xyz

I've received a gift voucher - how do I use it?

There are a variety of gift vouchers available so please check on your voucher to see what yours can be redeemed against.

If you have a gift voucher for a photoshoot session, please click here to complete a enquiry form and book your session.  Your voucher will be deducted when you pay for your session.

If you have a gift voucher for photo packages, your voucher will be deducted when you order and pay for your package.

Will you publish my images on the web?

All photos taken by us remain the property of Goose Green Photography and we may use them for advertising purposes, including, but not limited to use on the company website, social media, marketing literature, sample brochures to display our work to our clients and sample prints.

Commercial Photography

Do you issue images in RAW format?

No.  Your edited images will be supplied in jpeg format only.

Who owns the license rights to the images?

Your images will automatically be supplied with a one year usage license.  Longer license rights can be negotiated but additional charges may apply.

How far will you travel?

Although based in Bristol, we are available to work with you nationwide.  Further a field locations may incur additional travel costs.  Please contact us to discuss your enquiry.
